Good interview, you always conduct good balance interviews you need controversial people in racing it’s good conversation starter! I’d like more interviews from jockeys please.

This isn't a criticism of the interview. I think the interviews are great and really enjoy the series and Simon's book. However, Nick Leeson did enrich himself. He didn't just cover up a loss, he fabricated massive profits and demanded huge bonuses. He's an outright liar and a bit of a fantasist that doesn't really take responsibility for his actions. He has often blamed his superiors in the bank for not spotting or stopping his actions, calling them stupid and incompetent; I think that is the sign of a psychopath. It is somewhat ironic given that he was selling options down to ridiculously cheap levels of implied volatility that any trader with a brain knew was stupid. And he didn't really serve his time, he got out of prison early and then miraculously recovered.
