Terry Ramsden a very clever person who truly understands business and money, a shrewd punter, life’s flamboyant character 👏👏👏👍😀🐎

This man has had some life, to do the things he done in the 80s is outrageous, nobody had a Schilling, and Terry is putting hundreds of grand on horses! Some man, hope you are keeping well Terry. Best interview on this channel. Just noticed when he pulled his wallet out he had a load of betting slips in it 😂😂👏

Always remember Katies winning those races . My old man worked with a bloke who knew a stable lad with Ryan at the time. I was still at school but remember having £1 ew when it won the Irish Guineas . It was 20-1 and I was in dreamland . The info ( from what u remember)WAS exactly what he said … Still keep an eye on his sons horses now … but v quiet this year so far .

I remember Terry Ramsden well . He was the Harry Findlay of his day ; and like Findlay , greed allied to his massive ego was his downfall. He loved to the attention . Like Findlay , he loved to boast about his bets , and CH4 racing gave him just the platform in which to do so .

I’m a com0lete racing enthusiast and still can’t appreciate racing, when there are so many horses pulled, by jockies and trainers, what chance has a regular punter got then, literally no chance.

So many good Ramsden horses were stopped by jockeys taking a bung . If he had big money on a sure thing , the bookies would make sure through the channels they had , that the jockey would understand that the horse was not a good thing .
