inspiring I agree! I don’t want them to happen to fast, kinda like they have to work for it. Like Nancy and Jonathan for instance! It was slow but it happened! So I feel like this is gonna be it but I’m scared that they’ll put bughead as endgame, when they’ve already lost their chemistry. And for varchie it’s more for physical attraction, feeling sexy, and ya know.. sex. I just don’t feel it. I’m hoping for writers to at least put them together so we can make cute edits out of them 😂☺️

I love Barchie so much. I really think I would've shipped Bughead if they weren't so rushed! They got together so quickly that I couldn't feel anything towards them. But Barchie on the other hand his developed such great chemistry.

I ship sprousehart but in riverdale barchie is the best couple. No questions asked. Their relationship is based off innocence, purity, friendship and it shows what teenage love is like. No matter what is going on around them, when they are together they can feel like actual teenagers. I feel like for Archie the line between love and lust became blurry. Because he was manipulated twice and was being used for his body. Varchie is solely based off of physical contact. And bughead, don’t get me wrong I love them together, is such a toxic relationship and shows the relationship we all hoped would work.

Also a lot of you will probably bring up the fact about Archie rejecting Betty during the dance in season 1. Well if you go to the episode where Archie gets mauled by the bear and has this weird dream. You’ll notice that Betty is wearing the same exact dress that she wore the night of the dance. Indicating that Archie thinks about it a lot of most likely regrets the decision he made. But you can’t blame Archie because at the time he was being used by ms. Grundy and was being tricked and manipulated. She made him think that they were in love and Archie, not knowing any better, believed it.

To me it feels like in the comics Veronica is just in the middle, Archie loved Betty but he knew he wasn’t good enough for her. Veronica came in and she was sexy and steamy and that’s what Archie was an active teen but what Betty and him had was real. At the end I hope they end up together just because I feel like what Archie and Veronica have is just lust, Veronica had her eyes set on Archie from the moment she got to Riverdale.
