I think when the show gets to the point where they’re 18 Archie and Betty would have gotten closer and then that’s when Archie proposes, because of that story he told us about him and Betty when they were younger. At first I remember hating Veronica. I never liked her or with Archie but I love Jughead and Betty makes him happy so I learned to love barchie. The thing is at first I was hoping Archie would realize he is in love with Betty. That never happened... so Im reading the comics and Archie is blind for Veronica and the sad thing is that Archie loves Betty, and Betty is so in love with Archie. Every time they talk, there’s hints of their love and the fact that they don’t know how to make things right.

I am sorry I don't agree with the entire Varchie at all! Betty is better for Archie. Betty doesn't take advantage of Archie the way Veronica does! In fact it is pretty obvious that Veronica is using Archie for her own gain! If she wasn't she wouldn't have used him to get back at her father which nearly killed Archie not to mention she did the same thing with Reggie shortly before she got back together with Archie. The evidence speaks for itself.
