Hi Chase - I’ve had to take a prolonged break from watching these but didn’t want you to think I’m no longer interested in, or appreciative of, them. Among other priorities, (personal health and US elections volunteering), I’m working with a couple of HS trumpet players and will be working through “Jazz Tactics” with one, and leaning heavily on these excellent videos to supplement those lessons. Hope all is well with you and keep up the amazing work! These are reference-quality educational vids!

Thanks Michael. Knowing how long it took me to make these videos, I'm well aware of the time commitment it takes to watch them! They don't get the views I think they deserve, but I appreciate those who appreciate them.

4 HR BREAKLESS SET @ Fasching, Stockholm 6-5-85 w Green, Harper, Shaw 4 a very small midweek audience. I was there, was 22. What an initiation ! A boiling cauldron of tranquil explosiveness as shown in the closing segment. "You are a jazz wizard" - "Thank U". "Your art enriches the human spirit" - "A nod". "You are a gift to the Creation" . " (went speechless). (Signed 4 of her Roulettes to my name). It was 4am when it ended, bout 5 listeners left, despite she gave us all - sparing none , least herself & the backup .. .. ..I knew I had just witnessed sth ...Out of this world

Wanard Harper is not on bass, he's a drummer, not a bass player! His brother Phillip Harper trumpet player, Nephew Dashaun Haeper bass player! This is why black people have issue with wht ppl telling our truth! Please make correction, get it right, for God's sake!!!!!

If I have incorrectly identified the bass player, I welcome the correction as I always do on this channel, HOWEVER Winard Harper (not Wanard as you wrote) is listed as the drummer. Perhaps you misread the screen-anyone can make a mistake-but racially tinged and angry accusations are uncalled for and unwelcome here.
