I think that someone was in the house when Nickole Atkinson arrived, got out through the back and walked around the block to get the small truck and drove off. Before the police arrived. They wouldn’t have been noticed by Nickole who was only looking at the front door. Poor Betty must have been devastated when she realised she’d driven past CW with his truck so early.

Who wouldn't just love Betty for a neighbour. What a sweet lady. Chris Watts was waiting for Betty to leave her house before he started loading his family into his truck. Betty said that she always leaves at 05.15 so Chris could not make a move until she was away to the gym. H'd have made it his business to know who is up and about at that hour. Allow me to say that I'm in Scotland and have only came across this sad, sad case this past week. My take on this 'mystery truck' is this :- His girlfriend was his side kick on that day and she perhaps borrowed her friend Jim's vehicle. (Does any one know anything about her mutual friend Jim?) I also believe that his girlfriend is actually the mastermind behind this heinous crime. She's the guilty party as much as Chris Watts. Sadly, it looks as though she can now never be called up on it - or can she? I don't know American law. I sincerely hope that Chris Watts is eventually taken off his 23 hour 'safety' lock up and put into the general public with the inmates who will pay him some serious attention. He is nothing but an evil beast.

@@KrazyMomma BINGO - you must be right, it is the only option. Both the door INSIDE THE GARAGE (not the big doors) AND the basement door were opened one minute apart at 12:42. This is just after NA left to ch eck on doctors appointment, It was Jim or NK who went out the back. All of this loading up etc. was to throw everyone off the trail. If CW had loaded SW's body into the truck the cadaver dog that went around CW's truck would have gone nuts. These dogs can pick up scents after weeks, and this was the very next day. CW and NK KNEW about cadaver dogs.. I hate to say it but the bastards had an excellent plan. I believe there was never a body in the truck. I think Bella "woke up" after her drug overdose and was taken, alive in Chris's truck. All bodies went out back to red car or another vehicle that left even earlier. Jesus, there must have been AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE INVOLVED!

The cops questioning is very poor and at the end he kind of humours her by asking about planes, trains and helicopters?! albrunelle2010 imo she was napping in basement bed hence the purple sleep mask. When NA and son arrived she panicked and needed to hide and rush out. I could be way off though. It’s just a guess. Betty probably would have mentioned the little grey truck had a camper shell on it since thats a distinct feature especially since the officer even asked if there was one on it. Also if the garage was still open when she got home from the gym she would have mentioned that aswell since there was also an extra vehicle. Shanann never had the garage open while loading the kids because they would run out so it would be unusual for the garage to just be open with or without anyone around

Betty's description of the truck does not place Nk or her truck there that morning. The truck was clean and had no camper on it, to suggest that they put it on after to avoid connection is not fact, only speculation. Betty never says the grey truck was parked in front of Chris's house or his truck, she said it was parked in front of her tree between the two houses. The only two houses in front of her tree are the ones across the street from her house, which can only be seen from her porch. She is not talking about Chris and Nate's because the tree isn't in front of their house, it is only in view of the two houses across the street, which she is talking about. The morning of the killings, Nate's camera showed the only two active drivers that morning, Betty's and his. He left when daylight hit and there was not a grey truck parked in front or anywhere near his truck when he left or when he pulled in to his drive-way that morning. Not one person or video has been able to place Nk or her truck there at the house when the crime took place. They never will because she was not present during or after the crime took place.

Frank Shananns dad flew with Shanann and girls so that Shanann was not fly'n with the girls by herself a ways back Frank talks about it in his interview with CBI,FBI bc he says he was wait'n for the girls mom by the rest rooms and the girls are cry'n,screaming for there mother and frank gets tickled as he say's to cops im gonna go to jail for these kids screaming,cry'n for there mother in front of bathrooms at air port bc Frank was try'n to run back through his mind and see what would of made CW snap!!! But that was at the start before they new were they were and what happened to them and now they no Cw DID NOT SNAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
