I read an article from Justin Heyward. He said a friend sent him this link and on hearing it, he was crying like a baby. That's from the guy who sung this classic with the Moody Blues. That says it all and he's right. Bettye's version is no joke. She nailed it. I've always loved this by the Moody Blues. Takes me back to high school, but Bettye nailed it!!!! You GO Miss LaVette!!!

Just listened to an interview with Justin Hayward who said that he didn't understand his own song until he heard Bettye sing it and that her version is the standard benchmark. It's superb.
