TV announcer introduces a preview of that nights episode of womens prison drama, With In These Walls, where the inmates intended to start a campaign of violence. Somehow I dont think they will be getting very far, lol

for anyone curious - the laugh track was not part of the original breakdown. this clip was taken from "It'll Be Alright On The Night", a special programme which compiled a bunch of TV mistakes into a comedic viewing. this show was the first of its kind.

@Teflon65 Yes, it's real. It was on one of the very earliest "It'll Be Alright On The Nights". It's only funny because the announcer is overly pompous and seems to come from an earlier era of TV (even back then!) and clearly is having to wing it with next to no actual info on the episode in question.
