After many request about my simple knife making bevel jig I finally made a video about that! Took the opportunity to make myself a better version, after all the wooden one was pretty much a prototype.
Had a lot of fun designing some part in Fusion360 too! Always challenging :')
Thank you all for watching
3D model of the jig now on my online shop:

When looking on KZbin for a tutorial on how to build something, if black beard has one on the subject , that’s the one you need to watch , his builds are always the cleanest and most aesthetically pleasing.....Great build amigo!!!

Damn you Black Beard! I did not need another project to add to my list right now with soooo many backing up! Very nice work mate, very good. I need to upgrade my ‘wooden block’ jig too! haha. I just love the addition of 3D printing into the workshop - to the point where I got my own printer a few weeks ago. Loving the possibilities and learning to use fusion 360 to expand the mind and ideas!

Just watch the knife bevel jig video. Amazing...............BEST jig I've seen on KZbin. I don't have a 3D printer but I think I can fashion the "angle" part out of wood or hand grind a piece of plastic. Thank you for the great video.

Small tip most people don't know about: you can get cutting fluid as an aerosol spray, so you could coat the entire plate very quickly, ensuring that every center punched starting point was already wet. It's lighter weight than most other cutting fluids, so it's still easy to find your mark. Maybe this helps someone?
@intjonmiller

Also a drill press table with an adjustable fence an an indexing stop would have made that operation MUCH simpler (and more accurate). And the fence prevents workpiece from being thrown around, so you don't need the clamp. If someone reading this wants to make this jig you could use the time to make the table and fence (many videos on the subject out there) instead of the slower layout. Also, for those with CNC routers, you can get a carbide spot drill for like $5-10 in 1/4" size for your router, and use it for laying out the holes. You just set it to a very shallow drill depth and finish on the drill press.

Great jig and lots of patients! In the spirit of getting carried away with the 3d printing, how come the outer semicircle pressure bar is not concave to match the center piece? Awesome trick burying the nut in the handle. 1st time I have seen that .

When making my bevel jig, I realized why make the jig, angle adjustable, when the work table on my grinder is easily adjustable. Much easier to leave the jig at 90 degrees and adjust the table for bevel angle.
