I saw myself in Lucy growing up and watching the show. I related to her the most - an emotional, maternal person who is sensitive to doing the right thing. My brother was also the “cool brother” in school like Simon was so I saw Simon in him!

I notice how she avoided talking about Catherine because she'd have to talk about Stephen, and none of the cast members want to talk about him. It's tabu. Even Barry Watson tried to avoid the questions about Stephen in an interview, because believe it or not, many cast members are still friends with him.

It is still a good show, despite the things that Stephen Collins has done in his personal life. While I'm obviously upset about Collins molesting children, I think that this issue should be kept separate from the show. Stephen Collins and Reverend Eric Camden are not the same person. Also, all of the other actors on the show also did a very good job, and they deserve to get paid from it. They still get paid every time ”7th Heaven” is shown on TV, so if the series is taken off TV as a result of Collins' crimes, we are also as a result punishing all of the other actors. That is not fair.
