I don't understand vegans. It's weird because I could understand not eating meat but stuff that comes from an animal does not involve killing animals. Milks and creams come from a cow or goat which is not harming yourself or an animal. Rab, you need to get your facts straight and understand exactly what you are saying. You could be a vegetarian but consuming milk and creams and also yogurt, eggs, and cheeses would not be harming you and the rest of your family. But if you want it that way, that's your preference and business, not mine.
