Wow, everything is so green and lush. My backyard is patchy with some sort of weird tan spots. Oh, and I need to get to Bobick's for a new pin, flag and cup set. The sun scorched the nylon strings that attach to the pin last summer.

I loved the piece on the Stealth wedges, particularly the way your father talked about the 'feel', or lack of it, in the clubs. I have an inkling that, these days, new sets of irons keep being developed to increase forgiveness and length but that they are loosing a lot of their feel. I suspect that we begin to loose the great feel and sound from the sweet spot and become lazy playing with clubs like these. Would there be any way that you and your dad could do a trial comparing, say, G400 vs G700s vs i200s vs blades, showing what might be lost in consistency for the mid-handicap golfer but how 'feel' might be gained, even at the cost of a couple of shots per round. I suspect that, when we have clubs that we love playing with, and when know we have to concentrate with them, when they are more pleasant but less forgiving to play with, that these lost shots will soon be regained, anyway. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for the great vids. Love them.
