I could never have a home built when I purchased here in Raleigh. The home is 20 years old and I couldn't be happier

I remember being a agent and the agents that worked for the builder started telling me they have the ability to represent both sides , I just knew that that was shady. Then a younger agent representing a big builder nation wide said to me why do I need you? Smh in the REALTOR meetings they use to tell us that they were told Zillow would not compete with Realtors and the builders would not. Both of those did not last long.
