Marma vidya involves an age-old knowledge about the vital pressure points present in our body,
and how to use control and tackle them on the battlefield as well as injury treatments.
But, with time the knowledge has been distorted and is spread by some immature beholders of this knowledge in a crooked manner in order to gain short-lived fame and attention. Beware of Fake Marma people
This results in the loss of the integrity and command of this Indian field of science, and whoever is interested in this traditional vidya deserves to know the authentic and real aspects of it.

In chinese martial arts, you can pressure points affecting breath, others affecting blood circulation, and others affecting nerves, some believe that you can affect some energetic points. So in some traditions, to affect blood circulation is part of their pressure point studies...

You can't learn Kalari by watching videos. It's best and advisable to learn under someone's supervision as video doesn't justify minute movements and corrections. This is applicable to not only Kalari but any martial arts such as Karate, Taekwondo etc. You can mimic movements by watching videos but if you if seriously want to learn martial arts, you've to enroll in a training program under the guidance of an expert teacher.
