Thinking of buying an Akiya (used) house in Japan? You need to consider these things first!
Buying a used house involves a lot of expenses and taxes!

lots of old akiyas are not earthquake resistant..... you need to rebuild it completely

@@Kinai89 They'll withstand minor quakes but you're right, they're not built well enough to withstand the bigger ones.
