I think I would purchase the number one home. Even if renovations take some extra time..the time, energy and money saved on unnecessary traveling will help to finish (Assuming people willing to work to achieve what they themselves could of the renovating.)

If I were in their shoes, I would look into Keio line in comparison which extends directly from Shinjuku to Mt. Takao. Commuting would be a lot easier and Shibuya is also easy to access😊

@@tarrison I think the Odakyuu line is inherently pretty expensive along the train corridor since it goes through Setagaya-ku and stations such as seijo gakuen and kyoudou is already high priced real estate area a long time ago.

It's not that easy to move to Japan because I guarantee you, millions would be moving here. Some visas are easy like student and if married, a spousal visa. Work visa is easy if you work for a company in Japan and they will sponsor you. Most visas are also short term, 1 to 3 years to start. I would get that in order first.

They mentioned their plan was to start a business in Japan and eventually try to get a visa that way. Which I know a few people who have done this. So they probably have enough money to invest in japan and or hire a few japanese employees

Wow, never heard of you until my gf sent me one of your shorts about an owner in Sagamihara, and just subscribed to your channel. I would love to buy an akiya in a couple of years. My mother grew up in Yokohama Chinatown and she took me there during the summers as a kid to stay with my grandparents and uncle's family, where they had a restaurant and lived upstairs. Chukagai has changed dramatically in five decades, but Japan will always feel very familiar to me. 🙂

you could start a company that all it does is make it easy for USA citizens to buy Akiya. Build a web app! You could do like a 20% cut and people would happily pay it, myself included!

Are there agent limits to buy a house or is it just? With the cash. If you like a house and you come To Japan. You like a particular house? You can put in a request to buy. Am I correct in I? I watch all your videos and I'm just trying to find out. If there is an age limit that Japan would say yes or no to purchasing a property. Thank you for your help by really. Enjoy looking at the houses and wish. I would have done this many years ago.

Matsuo san. I want to buy an Akiya within the next 3 years. What happens when I die, if my young son doesn't want to inherit the house?
@kitty_s234563 ай бұрын
That's a good question. I'm not sure but my guess is that your son will inherit it, if he's listed as your beneficiary or next of kin. He may have to pay inheritance tax and continue paying the property tax. If he doesn't want to live in it, then he can lease/ rent it out or sell it.

I have a question, Are there any Companies in Japan that would do "everything" for you ? Like I am interested in buying 1-2 cheaper flats in Japan and rent them out as I don't even know if I can stay in Japan or not .... but I don't really know anything neither about taxes nor how to do any repair works or whatsoever .... so I'd like a company that does everything instead of me in takes a few % of the monthly rent so that I can just have it like a passive investment withouth ever having to actually lift a finger ^^V Also is it possible if I earn enough trough monthly rent payments to get some kind of self employment visa ?
