*اردو کے گم شدہ الفاظ...* کم لوگ ہیں جو ان گم شدہ الفاظ کو جانتے ہوں گے۔ دل چاہا نئی نسل کو ان سے روشناس کیا جائے۔ *رکابی*..... پلیٹ *سینی*..... گول بڑی پلیٹ یا پلیٹر *سلفچی*..... خوبصورت سا پیتل کا ایک برتن جس میں مہمانوں کے ہاتھ کھانے پہلے دھلوائے جاتے ہیں۔ *الگنی*..... وہ رسی جس کو دیوار پہ باندھا جاتا ہے اور اس پہ کپڑے سکھائے جاتے ہیں۔ *طاق*..... دیوار میں بنی ایک چھوٹی سی بغیر دروازے کی کھڑکی جس میں سرِ شام چراغ جلا کے رکھے جاتے تھے۔ *گھڑونچی*..... لکڑی سے بنایا گیا ایک سٹینڈ جس میں اوپر کی جانب دو یا تین بڑے بڑے سوراخ ہوتے ہیں جس میں مٹکوں کے پیندے سما جاتے ہیں تاکہ گرنے سے بچ سکیں۔ *نعمت خانہ*..... لکڑی سے بنایا گیا ایک خوصورت سا ڈبہ جس کی لمبائی چوڑائی ایک بڑے فریج کے برابر ہوتی ہے لیکن اس کی دیواریں چاروں طرف سے جالی کی لگائی جاتیں ہیں تاکہ اس میں ہوا گزرتی رہے اور میں رکھی کھانے کی چیزیں ٹھنڈی رہیں اور خراب نہ ہوں۔ *تلہ دانی*..... چوکور کپڑے کو مثلث نما سیا جاتا ہے اور اس کے ایک کونے پر ایک خوبصورت ڈوری لگائی جاتی ہے جس سے اسے گول کرکے باندھ دیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ عمومًا سوئی دھاگہ ریلیں رکھنے کے کام آتی ہے۔ *بگونہ*..... ایک کھلے منہ کی چھوٹے کنارے کی پتیلی جس میں عمومًا چاول پکائے جاتے ہیں۔ *بادیہ*..... تانبے کا بنا بڑا سا کھلے منہ کا کٹورہ جس میں بچا ہوا گوندھا آٹا رکھا جاتا ہے۔ *کٹورہ*..... یہ بھی تانبہ کا بنا ایک خوبصورت کٹ ورک سے بنا برتن ہوتا ہے جس کے اوپر اس کا ڈھکن جو آسانی سے کھولا اور بند کیا جا سکے۔ اس کی جگہ آج کل ہاٹ پاٹ نے لے لی ہے۔ *چھینکا*..... یہ لوہے کے چپٹے تاروں سے بنا جو آج کل کے مکرامے جیسا ہوتا تھا۔ اسے ایک کنڈے میں چھت سے لٹکا دیا جاتا تھا جس میں دودھ کی دیگچی یا سالن کی پتیلیاں وغیرہ رکھ دی جاتی تھیں تاکہ ٹھیک رہیں۔ 🌷🌷 منقول ۔۔۔۔ ۔۔۔ کاپیئڈ
