Oooh! Enjoy your new aquarium... They are so relaxing and beautiful. ❤ Regarding working with gray base paint: I don't know if I'm the only one, but I try to avoid it since I have had very little success. It always either eats the paint or does something weird. I tried different paints, etc. and had nothing but a headache. Just thought I'd share that frustration! 😂 Long time viewer and student. Thank you for all of the wonderful information Tammy. Lovely day to you. 😊

Woo-hoo! Talk about one-stop-shopping... I can learn so many things from you now, Tammy, and I look forward to it. I knew you were highly intelligent with art, but now reefkeeping is another way I can learn from you. I've been keeping fish tanks for a few years now, and I still don't know what you have learned in a short period of time. YOU INSPIRE ME! 🤗😘

It's so beautiful.... and the bubbles look like caviar! (not that caviar hangs out with coral) I really love the other painting you showed us. It reminded me of "Remarkably Bright Creatures," a book narrated in part by an octopus. I can't describe it but it's great and I finished it on Friday. Loving the Caramel Frapp scrub. I use a topical pain balm, which works wonders but which leaves a little build-up on my skin. The scrub has just the right amount of exfoliation. Thanks for sharing the lesson with us! Much love and smoo00oo0o0o0ches.

Looking forward to watching the progress of your aquarium. I never miss any of videoes as you are such an awesome, versatile and talented lady. Your videoes no matter the subject are always entertaining and filled with information. You're a great teacher and thank you for sharing. See you next week.

I have Obsessed with this since you showed us. A couple things I discovered were you can brush one color in one direction and another color in the opposite direction to create a cool effect. Another thing is to cover with a thin layer of resin then brush on a layer over top that to create a cool 3d effect.

The painting turned out great Tammy. And I am going on record, your sugar scrub is best stuff I have ever tried!!! You are going to need to make much more of that once people try it for themselves. Having a fish aquarium is very addictive, you're going to want to go bigger!! I once started with a 20 gal and ended with 2 55 gallon tanks a 40 and 35 gallon tank, 2 10 gal, then a 75 gallon. I do miss my fish which did include 4 red bellied piranhas and Oscars just to name a few. Mine were all fresh water. Had I stayed with it I would have went to saltwater. Tammy you are going to love keeping fish 🐟 they are so beautiful and relaxing. And they have cool personalities too believe it or not. ❤😊

I love both paintings Tammy. I can’t even get a good picture of my paintings, so I understand filming your paintings is hard. It just doesn’t do them justice.

That is stunning, Tammy. I absolutely love the bubble effects from the soap and that chameleon color is gorgeous! The lacing looks like the natural holes that occur in coral. Now I want to purchase UV resin & light. 😂

So excited for your saltwater aquarium! Reminds me of our time in Naples, FL. 😍🫶 Can’t wait to see it completed; tank, paintings and all. That second piece is also beautiful. Would love to see the creation of that if you recorded it. It sparkles like diamonds and changes like opals. ❤️🔥

Ok if I want to have a grey base I will avoid using grey tube paint but mix my own grey as you did. By the way your consistency video is so helpful and chart essential tool! Thank you. Love the aquarium.

I got a bad batch of Artist’s Loft black soft body paint! It had an oily residue that just floated to the top and made a foamy gunk. I poured it on a small canvas and it was grainy looking. I thought there were tiny air bubbles in the paint surface so I torched it. Those were not air bubbles. There was a grainy texture. I was just sick about it.

Beautiful work. I've had issues with Grumbacher paints too. The titanium white I had looked like someone mixed cottage cheese with toothpaste and it was impossible to mix up. I wonder if this is why Hobby Lobby discontinued that line of paint.

In regard to your coral tank, do you have to use a specific glue that’s safe for the fish? I bought the resin kit from you and can’t wait to try the foam technique!

Tammy, I watched one of your videos last night with the vivid pigments/paint with floetrol. Do you think an Indian ink might work similar?

lOVE IT TAMMY! 😍 How do you get your soap bubbles so compact? and dense? I been blowing them and I cannot get them to be this foamy. I used Dawn but is there a certain ratio? I did a painting with this texture and it came out beautiful, it was a double fail previously.. first with acrylics, then I did it over in resin and still hated it. So I blacked out portions of it and then did this.. Now I love it.. but making bubbles was so hard! My lungs are an issue maybe because I can't blow so long? IDK... lols

Interesting about what happened with the first attempt. Almost like the paint acted like a satin enamel and tried to create pearls?

Turned out beautiful Tammy, tip: please use a face mask with powder because it is very harmful to your lungs
