Im assuming you injured your neck if you have numbness / weakness in your hands. I got swept and landed on my neck when i was a white belt and it took a good 6 months - 1 year for my numbness and weakness to fully heal. I was seeing a really good chiropractor which helped though.

Ya i feel some pain in the neck going to the right delt, sure it was a guillotine/ getting stacked..ya tingly/numbness in mostly middle finger and radiates to forearm. Weakness in chest/tricep/shoulder. Wow 6 mos to a year! You take any rest or continue training?

@@robrolls Yeah man neck injuries can be brutal. I took a couple weeks off to give some time for my neck to heal then continued training although it is super frustrating training with what feels like 25% strength. Definitely go see a good chiropractor / physiotherapist who understands the types of injuries that can occur from grappling style sports and be extra cautious with your neck while training, tap early to neck submissions, avoid getting stacked etc. If you're still able to train then its obviously nothing serious, just gotta give the nerves time to heal.

@@BioPulse_ right on thanks for the tips, yeah I feet like if it was real serious I wouldn’t be able to roll, which is why i took almost a week off because of the pain. Good to hear that should dissipate with some time 🤜🤛

The way you pass, some cradles could be implemented into your game fairly easily.
