Nice video. At 5:17 Don't do it! I have repaired NI patrol packs with the same shoulder strap problem. It's an easy fix. Make an incision at the top and bottom underneath the shoulder straps, Just get some roll mat foam, cut to shape using a template, and feed a new lot in. Then stitch up. I've done it on a few daysacks. Some models seem to crumble whilst others don't. I've also noticed that the 2007, 2008 and 2009 NI patrol packs are much cheaper and weaker quality that Pre 2007. The 2004, 2005 and 2006 are best. The 1996, 97, 2000, 2001 and 2002 models are normally too old and damaged. Check for yourself. But I always use my NI because they're tried and tested, not massive and are built to last with Cordura and YKK zips. IRR reflective too. Cheers

PS at 30:20 your spot on about not washing them too. Just let them drop dry and brush the mud and dust off. Washing destroys it.

How are you Bex The amount of kit we accumulate over time i had a sort out not long ago 😉the quilted trousers and top how much are you selling them for and what size are they and the hammock sock does it keep the dew off in the morning appreciate you...👍
