Hi Bex!Just found your channel. What gems you, Kristofer and Kelli and Coya and Stella are. Very interesting and ingenious homestead they have out there. I too have been considering a similar situation. The crane flock footage at the end really was stunning. Took my breath away. You captured the beauty and ruggedness of homesteading off-grid with poetic sweetness. Really blew me away with that stunning bit of bird footage. Keep up the great work you guys. You have a new subscriber in me!

I’ve been watching Kristopher since he lived in Frankie. All of this homestead was due to hard work and ingenuity plus a willingness to roll with the punches. Like when the barn was delivered by a newbie who ran into Kristopher’s car. Yikes! Thanks for adding subscribers to his channel.

Very informative and he is very creative. Thank you both for sharing this life style. Are you thinking about homesteading Bex? I have watched Aussia turn her place into a little paradise. I have also seen a woman homesteading on limited income. I am impressed with their will and hard work to do/get what they need. 🙏✌️🌎💞

Yes, I have thought it would be nice to have a little place where I could stay indefinitely if I wanted. Problem is, I still want to travel around so I wouldn't be able to leave anything there for fear it would be stolen. So I'll keep to using my friends land for the time being.

@@BexCatherder thank God you have good friends. I find at my age-I have outlived most of mine. Not complaining just observation-may God bless you in your journies Bex. @@rockingredpoppy9119 Sometimes saplings or divisions from friends. The Forest Service periodically thins new growth and may sell the excess inexpensively or provide at no cost . Just have to be sure they are compatible with the area, are not invasive and you can move them! 🙃 If looking for specific species, traditional purchasing might be the only option. ...Teale 🏜️
