Nice video, would have been nice to get more Sora ... In the manga he did really well against Ryuga in battle bladers, meanwhile he didn't get to battle on screen in metal masters .. wasted potential

7:58 - 13:07; Kenta vs. Yu is definitely a battle that I personally wish happened in Beyblade Metal Masters. I honestly don't think that they would be sad in this battle. While they do have a close bond due to the events of Beyblade metal fusion, Kenta and Yu would give their all out of respect for each other. It would also be the fulfillment of a promise they made during Battle Bladers to battle each other again. So I honestly think that Yu would be happy to battle Kenta, and vice versa. While Kenta would give Yu a good battle, even if you make Yu's focus waver due to being sad, I don't think that would be enough for Kenta to beat the inferno blast special move. Yu would still beat Kenta legitimately, not on a technicality.

I see that. I believed that Yu would initially be happy to battle Kenta, but I do think that when it would be addressed that whoever wins knocks out their opponent from the world tournament. This would be the thing that brings down Yu. (Like not realizing the severity of their battle) As this fight would symbolize the seriousness of going to the world championship and understanding that to reach one's goals may even put you against your friends. But to never give up your bonds as a blader

Several issues, most of which being the disconnect. Sora was more developed in the manga so him standing a chance against anyone. Is a bit tough because he really didn't have a lot of battles on hand Now, while I love my boi Rutato. I can't deny, that a battle between him and Kyoya would be single sided but it would've been excellent foreshadowing to his battle with Damian since Rutaro hurts peeps mentally in the battle. Rutato alsos biggest gimmick would be his ability to read the future but he misreads them, not bad but a match too out if character for both of them. I know that it was mentioned in the debut but Kyoya also calls out that their use if wind is a interesting counter to each other Other matches, like Yu vs Kenta and Tsubasa vs Benkei are pretty much obvious wins No matter what, Tsubasa vs Rutaro still getting dodged

It looks neat, but tbh it kinda would've screwed Kyoya. Yes, Leone is strong, but Pisces would've won due to its air abilities. The King Lion Tearing Blast would basically just let Pisces do what it wants and even make the Distortion Drive even more nasty. If Kyoya learned the Ling Lion Reverse Wind Strike BEFORE the tournament, then Pisces would be screwed since the reverse wind would harm Pisces.

@@lunamelody2025 It would make sense in terms of that but I still don't see Ryutaro closing the power gap he has with Kyoya even after training post Battle bladers. Also I think wanting to make sure he can defeat Ginka makes the most sense to master the tornado because Ginka has overpowered it before and narratively Kyoya had been refining tornados since Metal Fusion. But I do see your point

@@ADDARMYOFF The other reason I don't think Kyoya would win is because Pisces's Distortion Drive is a wind based move using air flow and air pressure. Teru's Earth Virgo also used air flow as a near solid 360 defense, but Pisces whooped it no problem. Thus showing Pisces is not that vulnerable to defensive air based user. Plus, nearly all of Leone's moves are tornadoes, but it would accidentally aid the effect of the Distortion Drive. The pressure from the tornados would just flow into the Distortion Drive's air flow, amplifying Pisces's special move. Not to mention, the Thermal fusion wheel would probably coast through the air like its a gentle breeze, due to its aerodynamic shape. If the Reverse Wind Strike was acquired before the selection tournament, Pisces would've been toast, as a left rotation storm would've perfectly countered a right rotation air flow move. Like how Lightning L-Drago countered the Distortion Drive because of its left rotation. However, since the Reverse Wind Strike got acquired after Team Wildfang was formed, we have to go back to the power Leone had at the selection tournament/post battle bladers.

I disagree, it would be an interesting battle between two experts of air manipulation, but I think Kyoya would definitely win, even back when Ryutaro debuted. Ryutaro’s main techniques are ones that attack the blader directly and Kyoya has shown at multiple points he’s more than capable of toughing it out through physical abuse. It’s basically comes down to if kyoya’s torrent of wind can break the currents from ryutaro, which definitely seems within the range of Kyoya’s abilities.

I didn’t watch the full video tho, but I watched Masamune’s part I like the idea of putting in Metal Fusion to give him a chance to get a better development but in the other hand it doesn’t make sense, because the only reason that Masamune flied to Japan is to defeat Gingka cuz he’s number one but if it was in Metal Fusion what would drive him to do this? He doesn’t know who is Gingka, Gingka wasn’t popular at least outside of Japan yk what I mean

I get what you're saying but I think your misunderstanding that the video doesn't move the selection tournament arc to metal fusion. The idea is to transition out of metal fusion while giving a type of finality to some of its characters and some of its stories while also building up the themes in metal masters and its characters. Sora and Masamune have their battle chronologically in metal masters in this video not metal fusion.
