She was getting them monthly in Korean , and we were in REPUBLIC DeMOCRATIC OF CONGOOOO. Imagine that . Dunno how she got them but I wasn't complaining, because she lent them to me as they came out . I didn't understand Korean- still don't, but I got the gist of ir from the graphics , and what's more, she taught herself to draw like toriyama sensei!!!! They were identical !!! I'm still bummed that I lost contact with her when I went back to my native country of Burundi. Her name was Katy or Cathy Mokolo can't find her anywhere . She literally made my childhood better

But it's funny that instead he was just a random obstacle barely even acknowledged by Vegeta and in Goku's case, a flying platform. And even funnier after the Aeroblast, the two fly off like "Bleh, let's go play somewhere else."

The Music when Akira Toriyama showing up giving Goku the power to overcome the darkness that consumed him gave me goosebumps. That was incredible, at 33 y/o and remembering the OG days from TOONAMI, waiting to get out of school to watch the original sagas, this hits the nail right on the head man.
