Many years after the Battle against Nemesis (and a couple years before Shogun Steel) Gingka climbs up the mountain in search of a new opponent, only to find Ryuga there. He and Ryuga do battle and it is noted that both Bladers have actually surpassed Diablo Nemesis. Gingka and Ryuga fight to a Draw as both Bladers are equal at this point. Kyoya and Kenta both want in on the action when they are about to do a rematch, so they decide to do a Tag Team match. Gingka and Kyoya vs Ryuga and Kenta. Eventually, Ryuga and Kenta with their superior teamwork defeat Gingka and Kyoya. Ryuga is proud of how far Kenta has come and promises to face Gingka again when the time comes before disappearing and heading back to the Afterlife.

The reason why Ryuga was so much powerful than Gingka and Kyoya was because he was a much skilled blader than both of them and mastered and evolved L-Drago to new heights, and because L-Drago canonically has much more power than Leone and Pegasus. Or, at least equal power to Pegasus. The star fragments are all the same. Kenta didn’t inherit the power of L-Drago, just the Star Fragment.

Jigsaw’s power level should be greater than that of Jack’s. Jigsaw was able to defeat Jack with a single strike in the anime on episode 118. Furthermore, Yu’s power level should be greater than that of Bao’s. Here’s my reasoning why. You should use their performance against Kyoya as a Definitive marker to gauge their power. In their battles with Kyoya, Yu performed much better than Bao did. Therefore, Yu should be stronger than Bao.

See heres the thing about jigsaws attack on jack, i reckon it was essentially first satellite focusing on one bey (befall), hence the fire swirling around eonis and jack wasnt prepared for such an attack whatsoever.
