I used Wizard Rod 3-60 L on a local tournament and compared to my PW and TB it is the one that performed really good.

Wizard Rod Level is intended to beat attack bey & Dragoon Elevate. But Level also makes Wizard Rod incredibly vulnerable of getting out spin by virtually any other true stamina combo. With the stamina meta out there that most decks run 2x stamina combo, some even 3x, this explained why Wizard Rod Level is not seen as much even though it's really good.

I had my Wizard rod decimated by Cobalt Dragoon 9-60 Elevate. Dragoon is very effective against stamina like Wizard Rod and Silver Wolf

I’ve been telling people that Wizrod 3-60L is great but they keep putting it up against wiz360ball instead of attack types and other beys where it preforms best. Something about Level lets it counter attack much better and still preserves spin better than other attack bits.

For Dragoon on Level, I tend to run it on 7-60. Granted, my 7-60 is also VERY loose, to the point that any low resistance bit practically becomes a free bit on it. Its main goal is typically a knockout, with equalization as a failsafe, which I guess is the opposite of Elevate(mainly for equalization, with knockout as a possibility)
