I just realized no clear coat. I might start just start baking them instead too.

Lacquer paint specifically doesn't need primer, or clear coat. I would not do this process on any other paint. Not all paint can be baked. Also to mention. You can't bake while it's on the plastic.

Really cool, i didn't know that gaia colors has to be baked. It's a pity that at first battle contact all the paint will be scratchred.

It doesn't have to be baked. But baking it helps it cure quickly and adhear to the metal. Pretty much all Lacquer paint can be baked. Since it has a high temp threshold And because im not using primer. It really helps it have a nice solid finish that cannot be scratched off with a nail. I always say if your paint can come off your product with your nail. You didn't do a good job painting it

@krisoverdrive9733 rust-oleum is low end paint. I don't recommend it. If your paint can is under $16. I wouldn't use it for beyblades

@@crimsoncursedcustoms What paints would you recommend? I'm curious to try the baked paint method since it's very curious and I think I have a portable airbrush to use, but in any case, why don't you usually use primer? Isn't it so beneficial?

What type of paint do you use that requires baking? or is is standard air brush paint and baking is just used for painted metal?

I use lacquer paint It's usually used in Automotive paint. But gaia notes and some testors paints also use lacquer which can be baked. It doesn't have to be baked. It's just my process

None of my customized beys do. But I sell bits and ratchets for $5 each. I got sick of ppl complaining about my combo choices for the beys. So ppl now have the choice to buy them seperatly or not at all. But it doesn't help when ppl buy all my parts just to buy them.
