I agree. I can't explain my reasoning but I can tell just from looking at the two that Phoenix is more of a "Smack" like you said, and Tyranno is more of a "Smash". Honestly I might consider throwing it on Taper or Unite just for the memes and see what happens lol.

Yeah GF is kinda bad. It's good on lighter Beys but not heavy ones.
