Guys both beyblades have a “slingshock mode” all the slingshock turbo beys from now on will have a height change like xtend u change it into slingshock mode by twisting the driver than lifting it up and you lock it in place by twisting it again don’t be deceived as now all the drivers will have a mode change similar to achilles driver

The reason why they have no metal is because turbo is themed around speed, not metal. Slingshock mode added for extra speed and better use of the rails so the speed is put to use. Even the name has “turbo.” No metal=more speed. Edit: Oh my god I got noticed. Also everyone in the reply section chill. It’s just a comment, didn’t want to start a world war.

Achilles and Valkryie both have slingshock abilities, which is what achilles hole flat actually was. Valkryie also has a similar gimmick where if you pull then twist, volcanic stays in a higher height.

I was just as shocked about the lack of metal but the mode changing drivers to suit different battle styles was a pretty innovative idea. All of the new sling shock drivers can change their height which I think eliminates what makes Z Achilles so unique. But they made up for it with a really entertaining battle system. Yes I’m upset that hasbro strayed so far from takara tomy especially when they’ve been doing so well with their products, but hey at least we’ll still have loads of fun.

Hasbro... literally all you have to do is follow Takara Tomy's releases... Trying to reinvent the wheel has yet to go well for you guys. Just give us the Japanese style stadiums and keep the beyblade releases the same like they used to be in Plastic Gen. :-/ Opaque drivers look terrible and a lot of the color changes in the single/dual layer system looked awful as well. Doubt they, or anyone with influence over their releases/designs, will read this so I'll just stick to buying TT products. Feels bad man. :-( Z Achil. has an interesting driver though, that's pretty sick, NGL.

@Legend Spryzen Requiem You're right; copyrights and licensing always have priority of course but that's neither here nor there when the discussion point are their Beyblades. The issue is that they go beyond out of their way to reinvent things that just DON'T need to be reinvented. Not only that but they gimp the product and then charge just as much as TT charges for their releases. I don't want to pay the same for less, tbh. I'm sure part of the mark up is making money to pay for Hasbro to use the Beyblade license but if you're paying money to use a license then... why mess it up... and make it worse... Hasbro has to PAY someone to do these changes and somehow they justify paying someone to worsen them. I just don't get it.

I have to rank separately before the average ranking. I must rank from S, followed by A, followed by B, all the way up to F.: *•Rail Rush Stadium* It's well designed. Both rails are meant for beys riding on the rails depending on the spin direction. The right rail is for clockwise spinning beys. The left rail is for counterclockwise spinning beys. The pockets are fine I guess. There are only two pockets instead of 3 or 4. Overall, an *A rank* . *•Wonder Valtryek* She is well designed. She has no metal on the layer but instead plastic. Her performance isn't that great. Because her stamina sometimes lose. Overall, a *D rank* beyblade. *•Z Achilles* He is well designed. He has no metal on the energy layer. His performance is not that great. His Xtend-S performance tip is good for switching modes. Normal Mode for Battle Ring Mode, and Tall Mode for Slingshock Mode. However, it's different to Takara Tomy while you manually switch modes. While putting all his parts together, the teeth are mostly awful. His performance is fine I guess but a little bit. Most of the time, he loses because of the teeth of his energy layer and he bursts in case or sometimes most of the time. Overall, a *D rank* beyblade. Average ranking: *4/7 or C rank*

Hey just got this for my 5 yr old son. I know just about nothing about beyblade. He seems to really love it, however we've encountered an issue where the beyblade just falls off the launcher. Is this normal? What am I doing wrong? I believe I followed the instructions correctly. I know I assembled the beyblade correctly so I don't know why it's just falling off the launcher. I should note that it doesn't always just fall off, sometimes it'll work right.

you might be setting the launcher to the left. when you're putting in the ripcord, make sure the bump next to the circle thing is on the bottom and put it into the hole that has an R on it.

Something worth mentioning that you didn't note in the video (you might not've known), is that every driver in the Slingshock system seems to have the same gimmick as Xtend. You can extend the tip to, theoretically, make better use of the rails on the stadium, which is why they've all been so majorly redesigned.

For example, if it is a right spinning bey, twist the bey the direction right, immediately after u put the bey on the launcher

Make sure you put the ripcord into the right hole. If you put the beyblade in the hole that says l and it wont stay on, that means the beyblade is right spinning and ripcord should be in the R slot when using that bey

Hey bbg wonder valtryek actually has two modes on the driver as well, so you see all the turbo drivers have two modes where it is flat or taller so that it gets easier to ride the rails. Hopefully this comment was useful to you guys and have a great day thanks.

@@gorillagamerepic actually the metal doesn't really stop the beys from going to the rails some other youtubers has tried it and it works some of them get on the rails, I think hasbro just did no metal for more speed and that the beys burst more. Plus god/Evolution beys can fight against super z beys for kids that's fun but for us who's a bit older it's not going to be that fun cause we won't take the chance of doing a tt vs hasbro cause of metal will scrap the hasbro ones.

Given how hard that thing exploded and all added to the rails I can see why they took some metal off the energy disk and added that guard on top..that could easily break something if it goes flying and hits a nearby glass or lamp if you have it on a table. Normally I'm all for keeping things as much like the original version as possible..but I think this may be one of those rare times it's not such a bad idea.
