I know for some people it’s all about Beyonce, but for those of us around from the beginning, it was something so special and unique about the 4 of them. It was like a teen version of EnVogue and there hadn’t really been a teen black female group with such strong harmonies and vocals. All four of them deserve to be recognized for the work they put in during those early days.

This is the Destiny's Child that I will always love, cherish and adore. Bee, Kelly, LeToya and LaTavia were 🔥🔥🔥🔥 together. I know some people love DC3 but the chemistry that DC4 gave was magical. They were always in sync with one another. No one looked out of place it was just a beautiful group ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and don't get me started on their harmonies and how beautifully they all blended with one another. And LaTavia's bottom notes 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Letoya was my favorite in the group when I was younger. Thought her eyes were so beautiful. DC4 and DC3 were both amazing chapters but DC4 really put the Houston sound, sex appeal, and dialect on the R&B map in the 90s while the ATL groups were owning the scene. They are culturally important. I’m glad Letoya had an amazing career after. Love her style. These videos bring back memories in a more exciting time in music. While you still could witness greatness unfold before your eyes.

Whenever I hear someone say Beyoncé sold herself to the devil, it just go beyond rolling my eyes. I feel insulted because it implies that she sold herself to the devil in exchange for fame and fortune. It disregards the hard work and the sacrifice that they have to make as a family to get to where they are. Almost all of her life she had to hustle and it paid off big time. This isn’t due to a stroke of luck. This isn’t the work of a fictional character. This career is a fruit of their labor. This is a result of the passion and dedication to the craft.
