Beyoncé & Ailee, Vocal Battle: Belting (A4-A5)

NO HATE, I just wanted to do a vocal comparison between this two amazing vocalist, Ailee have been compared with Beyoncé for her voice and technique (inspired by her, obviously), then is called by some people as "The Korean Beyoncé", just enjoy the video, and choose your favorite. If you think that some of them is better than the other is okay, but don't talk shit about the other, thank you!

I usually think comparing sopranos and mezzos is stupid, because there are just things that sopranos are typically better at, and same with mezzos. But Beyonce is just.. something else. She always manages to hold her own. Beyonce has more resonance imo & her mix is more even. She also sounds more consistent, her vibrato slays anything & everything. However, due to natural restrictions because Beyonce possess a lower voice, I think Ailee takes the crown above F#5. If Beyonce WAS a soprano though... no one would be safe.

Both world class singer.....Beyonce definately has better technique and hitting runs come naturally, and Ailee is a more graceful singer. As far as power, when beyonce actually tries her voice is more powerful. We all know the all around performer there is no female artist like Beyoncé but Ailee is definitely underrated

Obviously Beyonce! But that Ailee gave me chills when I came across her Halo cover acouple years ago. It is definitely my favorite cover of the song. But lets be honest i don't think we've seen the best of Bey's voice i think she holds back to preserve her voice. She sings them EB6's with such ease and makes it look effortless.

They are both great, I love Ailee with my whole being and listen to her more than Beyonce but Beyonce is obviously better. We can compare them yet we can't because Beyonce has more experiences and sings longer than Ailee. Ailee is also getting better with every year or even half an year. You can't say Beyoncé is obviously better because that's an opinion. Yes of course, Beyoncé has more experience, but experience can mean nothing just like that. Some people are born singers, like Ailee and Beyoncé who never took singing lessons, and some aren't. I personally prefer Ailee in THIS video. I seem to have come across some of these familiar names writing hateful things about Ailee, especially in videos comparing Ailee with their fave idol(s). It's just sad because these people couldn't deny the fact that Ailee is the better singer than their fave idol(s) in those other videos so now they're here writing hateful comments here because they know Beyonce is better. Ailee is still far from virtuous, but I'm still gonna be with her every step of the way as her voice develops because I really love her vocals and her own, original sound.
