This song saved my sanity after I found out my ex husband had cheated on me with some bitch from work. I gave him one chance, and he fucked it up again. 27 years of marriage, gone. I listened to Lemonade for months. Every song described perfectly what I was feeling, from finding out , to possible reconciliation, to kicking his ass out. It hurt like hell, but I’m better now, strong enough to be on my own than with a man who could hurt me like that.

I cannot even imagine when she found out, how she needed to quickly get away and do what she does best and go heal through her music and let her righteous anger come out. It helped a lot of us! The other thing I love so deeply about her is that not only does she do it for her but she stands up for love, justice and boundaries. A lot of us women get burned by a man’s lack of maturity, lack of boundaries, lack of self awareness and then GOD shows us how to move. ❤❤❤

You can be a great mother and still choose to divorce a man that disrespects you by cheating on you #justsaying . Also a single mom can be just as great a mom btw. A woman doesn't have to sacrifice her integrity and dignity for the sake of her children ( a lame ass argument especially when the woman in question is financially independent as Bey ) . Whatever her reasons were don't insert the kinds in this equation . Same thing can be said for fathers btw . Bey didn't put up with Jay's cheating for the kids cause at the end of the day Jay is the father and he most likely would have continued to be a part of his children's lives even if he and Bey divorced. The moment you divorce your husband/ wife , he or she becomes you ex husband/ wife . One's children never become one's ex children. Also witnessing their parents have a fucked up relationship can fuck up a child way more than divorce btw . So honesty is always a good idea . You have some shitty parents that are unable to take responsibility for their mistakes/wrong choices and say to their children : 'I did for you '. That's why I don't agree with your logic. As for Bey and Jay who knows precisely how it all happened or if it even happened at all .

bim baam you have never heard a white stripes song if you think this sounds any thing like them. the production is too alternative r&b while the white stripes are alternative rock blues with a dash of indie and country. but this does at least sound like Jack White left a watermark, not a big enough watermark for this song to sound even remotely as legendary as TWS. Bitchyoncé just can't compare.

hahaha omg everyone can act like that ! and she didn't wrote these lyrics in that song or any song in the entire lemonade album
@martinolisa17957 жыл бұрын
Zak Mik LMAO "everyone can act like that" a full lie and this she didn't write the song or the entire lemonade, Jack white already said how she contributed to the songwriting and vocal arrangement and she also directed lemonade and her name is on all the songs but stay mad i guess

Damn woman, that's what's up! Take the power that you LITERALLY earned & work that shit! No man should think, take or be given all the power in any relationship. Especially if he's not treating you like he should. My mother taught me two important things to remember while in any relationship: 1) never give all the power to the man your with & 2) ALWAYS "carry your own purse." Make your own money, contribute (bills, etc.), but hold on to the rest. You never know what tomorrow brings & you don't want to be broke when a relationship ends. Relying on a man for everything (living off of him) is so fucking unattractive & makes you feel as though you have no say (or he'll tell you that you don't). Respect yourself & never be that type of woman. An independent, strong woman is the best thing a woman can be, as well as sexy as hell to any man!

this woman is responsible for showing me my confidence. She inspires not only me but my black friends who were taught to work 110% harder than everyone else bc of the world we live in. To protect them from what ignorant people with fucked up morals can say and do. The things BK stands for, promotes, preaches & teaches is truly like no other female in the industry. I said it once and imma say it again, she deserves ALL the hype. Turned down seeing you in concert because i knew inside i wasn’t ready and that may sound silly to some but when you really appreciate an artist and have experienced their lyrics trigger something in you, it’s a rare experience. I’m 19 now and i think it’s time so Bey, if you’re reading this..i can’t go until i see u live. Period. So much fucking love from fl.
