Those passes are hard to come by and most people hike 10 to 12 miles to get in to that spot. On top of that, they are often there for 2 or 3 days trying to enjoy themselves. Just getting to the trailhead is hours worth of driving that usually has to be done overnight because the ideal time to hike in is first light in the morning, especially in the summer when the daytime temperatures start climbing and there's no water between the trailhead and the reservation Some pop star helicoptering in and shutting down the falls would be fucking obnoxious. Especially since the one pictured is halfway along the canyon, meaning it shuts off half the area as hikers wouldn't have been able to continue hiking to the end. But, the tribe there got PAID, I'm sure, so, you know, fuck all the rest of those people, lol.
