I would say that Legion’s niche is area denial. Napalm vehicles and bombers + the mine layer bomber and rocket pop up. They also have a good mix of units with multiple weapons. Low HP but high DPS T3s. I’m curious what their version of the Tac Nuke/EMP launcher will be and if the devs will address the Coms usefulness in late game as they don’t have a D-gun or cloak.
