I try a Beyond Burger. These are plant based with a large amount of protein coming from peas.

When I was a kid, my Mom forced us the eat Boca burgers or soy black bean patties when she was doing weight watchers. That being said, if it’s what you want it’s all good.

When my kids were young, we extend hamburger by adding 1/3 texture vegetable protein called Beef Not.
