Lyrics:
Awakening from a profound slumber
Cognitive motions strive to the same encounter
Slowly vanishing from the same beholder
Once again you are facing these fences
In these vast lands you must strive
Climb the barriers to evolve and thrive
We definitely need to expand the possibilities
to become the heirs of what is surrounding us
Complex variations, multiple designs
Let the nature collide
Transmitting its unique way through
Find the inversion from the breach
Visualise the absence of time
Complex variations, multiple designs
Let the nature collide
Transmitting its unique way through
Awakening from a profound slumber
Cognitive motions strive to the same encounter
Slowly vanishing from the same beholder
You will return to the earth
From the ground you were born

sina sahara I appreciate the support..Just checked out your YT page and listened to the 2 videos posted there..I like both..Also saw about your equipment troubles and not being able to record,I hope this is no longer the case as you are certainly talented.Also,I saw you are Iranian..Glad to know there's some people spreading the love of metal over there..That's what I love about the metal scene,especially more extreme side of metal,it doesn't matter what country you're from,ideals,etc...You're still a brother in metal,that's what makes the community amazing. I live and play in Fl. And have opened for many of the most legendary bands in death metal,and about 90% are extremely cool and welcoming..Coolest moment on stage,opening for Paths Of Possession, Corpsegrinder's(Cannibal Corpse) other band,we're playing amd there's Corpsegrinder at the front of the crowd banging his gead and whipping his hair like a fucking mad man the whole set.Total awesomness! Did shots of jack and sang old country songs from the jukebox with him later on that night. Hahaha

As others pointed out, it does sound quite similar to their previous albums, but man, is the part @ 01:00 amazing, and the solos it leads to, possibly their best work so far. Overall I've got to say that I was really digging the more minimalist midsection of the song where the band just simmer down for a bit and let the melody take over. I'm definitely very excited for this though Beyond Creation always bring it!
@volimNestea
@volimNestea 6 жыл бұрын
TheMetalTris One thing that I always felt was missing from their music is cleans. Maybe "missing" is too strong but it would surely add a lot to their sound. Tech death songs tend to blend together to the point where you forget which one you're listening to because they all sound so similar. Cleans, when used sparingly in a situation like this, can instantly make a part of the song memorable because they stand out from the rest of it, they're a great hook. It's part of why I think bands like Persefone and Ne Obliviscaris work as well as they do. And while I wouldn't say that Beyond Creation suffer from this issue nearly as much as most other tech death bands, adding some cleans to the equation would certainly go a long way. That said, I love this song, it's among the best I've heard this year. And easily one of their best. Super technical, yet it has a good flow and that clean section with muffled screams on top towards the end is phenomenal. Super excited for the album.

I think that you hit the nail exactly on the head there. When looking back at bands, exactly like NeO and Persefone, even Fallujah! You do remember those moments because they contrast so well against the harsh vocals and make it stand out. Its brilliant. I'm very excited to see what the rest of the album holds for sure. Thats a very valid point though and this is what I love about KZbin when you're able to have a genuine chat with someone and it makes sense. Of course there's trolls but there's always trolls haha! What have you been enjoying this year out of curiosity? I would wager that you dig the new Obscura?
@TheMetalTris
@TheMetalTris 6 жыл бұрын
Isn't that right! Honestly I hadn't thought of that until volimNestea pointed it out and I think it would be very divisive for fans but if cleans are used in the right way its a fantastic way to differentiate from other bands. What did you think of the track? :)

Víctor Gutiérrez I was really worried when Dominic left because the main reason I love this band is that sick fretless bass playing, but Hugo is pretty great, I've seen them twice since he joined, and he did an amazing job with the old songs. So, I've been pretty excited to hear their new stuff where he has possibly contributed to writing as well.

I vividly remember having been introduced to Beyond Creation by a friend of mine after a rehearsal before a guitar recital on Thursday afternoon, June 13th 2019 with this song exactly. After he asked me which part I liked the most, he was clearly disappointed it wasn't the clean interlude near the end - for me it was the solo section, the most beautiful and soul twisting piece of leadwork to have ever been wrought in the audial realm. Even after two years of frequently coming back to The Inversion, goosebumps and a tear in the eye are guaranteed. Thank you guys for musically engaging the world in a meaningful way...

Yet another masterpiece by a band whom delivers the perfect balance between melody, composition, brutality and technicality. Although old schoolers may disagree but I see a very exciting era in extreme metal history where absolutely brilliant albums are produced. Can not wait to see them live with Archspire, Obscura and Inferi. To me the show is like being a teenager and see a line up of Death, Morbid Angel, Carcass, Atheist and Cannibal Corpse. Technical Death metal is Seriously without a doubt Brain music. it Makes you focus and Helps your brain think way more than you actually should. i am currently doing homework and this is really helping me get through and makes Homework enjoyable and relaxing. Seriously this music is health but for your brain. its almost like its healing you. Amazing!. Techical death metal now may just be my favorite genre of metal now. i gotta dive more into it. Also i got to see Obscura and Beyond creation kill it here in L.A. it was awesome. it was like a jazz mixed with Metal show. Amazing!!!!

Met the vocalist and drummer on the Obscura tour at the Alrosa Villa. They seemed cool but there was a slight language barrier. I was suprised by how short they both were, almost make _me_ not feel short for once.

Been waiting for this since they posted the drum clips from the studio, I am not disappointed! This song is great, I love the little break in the middle where it mellows out. And of course everyone gets an amazing solo, and hugo is doing an amazing job from what I can tell, I've seen them live twice since hugo joined and he played the old tunes amazingly. so, I've been waiting for some new material where he actually got to get in the studio, and help with writing. Because as with most people the biggest thing that sold me on these guys was the sick fuckin fretless playing. Really looking forward to hearing the rest of this album, and hopefully seeing them on tour again, the current tour with obscura(?) Doesnt come close enough to michigan. Tl;dr: beyond creation is amazing. Hugo is amazing. This song is amazing.

Okay. This band has definitely matured. It's weird how clear and defined melodies are more and more prevalent in recent releases of the tech death scene. It's a very big and significant push towards making it understandable to everyone. I like how the song retains some rhythmic elements of the style explored since the first album, and how it is incorporated in a more progressive canvas. The clean guitar part is very neat, and incarnated very well the spirit of the modern atmospheric tech death scene. The bass is, contrary to bands that play the same kind of metal, prove that it can find its place on the forefront, melody-wise. And the harmonics it plays provides the best kind of spice for this awesome tech-death plate.

Everyone keeps saying that this sounds"recycled" or that it's too similar to past releases and I couldn't disagree more. I think people are taken back by the overall sound of this band. Some bands just can't be replicated. No one sounds like tool, or Primus, or rush, or beyond creation. Some bands are just so unique that their sound is unmistakable when you hear it. Liquid anatomy took album of the year for me but this very well might top it. I don't doubt for a second it's going to top diluvium. Keep up the good work and get your asses back on the boat! Ain't no party like a tech death on open seas party.

I thought so too. I was expecting more aggressive stuff, and in a certain sense I hope the album will retain the aggressiveness they've shown in the past. But hey, its their music!

@@ghsf1234 I know it's years later, but I find it funny that this is my favorite song from the album after my intial trepidation about the album. Honestly, I wasn't even a huge fan of this album. I'm going to chalk it up to not known enough about music theory to appreciate what's going on the other songs.
