Mavis 22 Yeah Tien has always had the edge in raw power (apart from perhaps, after Krillin's visit to Guru on Namek).. While Krillin was running around being a father and a cop fighting humans with single digit power, Tien would have been training. Krillins only advantage over Tien is his wits and cunning, also a greater ability to fight as a team.

The whole point of Goku going SSB was to test Krillin and make sure he won't back down out of fear at the sight of a stronger enemy. He is clearly holding back to test his courage. Also you beautiful batch of idiots, the Tournament of Power is not permitting killing, strategy is key. Krillin was a realization to Goku and Gohan that capability in a 1v1 is not nearly as important as teamwork and strategy. Krillin has been training, but by no means was that episode showing that Krillin can match a Super Saiyan God.

kid Senju Goku at base definately is stronger by a long shot, but that wasn't the point. In DBZ/DBS, Krillin would basically freeze up in fear when face to face with enemies out of his league. He would fight, but his confidence was always non existent. Goku went SS/SSB to see if Krillin would still fight even if faced with a clearly stronger opponent. The Tournament of Power is no joke, and Goku needs to make sure his team will give it there all. Goku powering up wasn't because he was struggling, but because he needed to know if Krillin was willing to fight regardless of the odds.

Krillin was trully impressive. This was one of my favorite episodes so far. But it still makes no sense that everybody started filling HUGE power gaps overnight. Frieza, Krillin and now Buu lost... Gum...? A lot of it, in just 2 hours. Remember when they trained for the androids? They trained for 3 months and they didn't get too strong. Now they train for hours-weeks and the power they gain is universal level

Goku held back immensely, I think he went SSB just to see how Krillin would react. Before Krillin would have probably pissed his pants and ran but instead he stood his ground. Base level Goku is still way stronger then Krillin.

This episode was about how the U7 team needs to learn strategy to win, not just rely on their brute 1on1 strength There was nothing wrong with Krillin beating Gohan. Classic brains>brawn Goku going SSB vs Krillin was to test his will, to see whether Krillin would be able to go up against the fighters that are Goku's caliber without shitting themselves. In no way was Goku trying to kill Krillin and in no way does this mean that Krillin is at SSB level This was a very good episode and it opened up the series for the non-saiyans to come back into relevance for this arc. Enjoy it.

This is a great thing! Im sick of the humans always getting underestimated, not just by the enemies but also by the "fans". Im glad AT is finally giving them a fighting chance in some way. People would bitch about them becoing stronger in terms of strenghth(becuase appearantly noone is allowed to be stronger than thier precious saiyans) so that only leaves the humans with skill and technique. This is really good becuase it not only shows that you cat muscle your way into every victory, it will require skills that involve outsmarting(more often). Looking forward to seeing more of krillin...and really anyone besides Goku Vegeta and the gods.

Gohan is as strong as a base Vegito from Buu Saga, and Piccolo is as strong as Fat Buu (Buu Saga) now. Tien is hopefully as strong as Android 16 now, Krillin as strong as SSJ Trunks from when he first met Goku. Android 17 is as strong as Second Form Cell, 18 nearly as strong as Second Form Cell, and Master Roshi as strong as Third form Frieza from the Namek Saga.

oh boy, oh boy this commentsection though.... 1st. krillin is NOT as strong as even abse Goku... cmon guys did we see a different episode? goku never attacked/hit him once... he just dodged his shit.... 2nd. krillin can NOT go toe to toe with ssb goku .... gokus kamehameha was bigger, stronger and he clearly held back.. and 3rd. tien is technically not a real human... he is from the 3-eyed race or something... they specified in the original dragonball..... so whilst he may be stronger (maybe!) he isnt really human.... just kinda :D ps. ShibaReads first of all if you watched properly, Tranks did went super Syian blue, he was fighting zamasu on pair and even took the final blow. what we are saying is that they are making stronger guy stronger and weaker guys weaker. for example Gohan, he did't train for 6 mouth, they made he so weak that he couldn't even transform super syian 1.

I always loved krillin because he wasn't just strong, but he was smart too. He was fully aware of just how minute his power is compared to everyone else, so he had to think of tactics and logic instead of just pure strength, which is something we really need in this series
