Amatsu Mikaboshi (The Chaos King) is basically one of my main favorite cosmic and omega level threat villains in the comics. Since he is one of the strongest entities in Marvel cosmology and would be a force that could unite the various MCU heroes as he can connect to various story threads, specially when his first appearence on the MCU can be retrofitted into various concepts already. For example, he could be made one of the Fear Lords which in the comics includes The Dweller in Darkness, who was the villain at the end of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings movie. And by that connection to the Fear Lords also can tie into the character of Chthon, who was named on the movie of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as an Elder God and the creator of the book of dark magic, The Darkhold. Mikaboshi with the title name of The Chaos King, it is possible this could be the avenue in which the MCU brings back Wanda Maximoff (The Scarlet Witch) as her being a being who wields chaos magic might be the best chance for The Avengers and give the character a shot of redemption.

The incredible thing about the Chaos King is that he literally can't be beaten. Amadeus Cho ran the numbers an unlimited number of times and each showed that he can't be beaten by anyone or anything. The only reason he was stopped was because he was given what he wanted: a universe where only he existed. Then again, Oblivion, the embodiment of non-existence, claimed that the Chaos King was an aspect of him and, because of this, he was doomed to fail from the start. Also, the Chaos King speaks entirely in haiku.

The Choas King is just a title, not a name. It's like saying that you can't understand how a soldier can live in normal society following a war. When a soldier isn't part of a war, he/or she reverts back into a citizen. So it is presumably with Amatsu. He existed in a void of nothingness, but when the universe formed, it was taken away. So he assumed the role of a "Chaos King" an entity that would strive to bring ruin to everything, and in doing so, bring about the void of nonbeing it desires, much like how a soldier fights to return their home to a state of peace.
