Was listening to this on the way into work. A question popped into mind: "Who is the target demographic of this podcast?" If the average age of pastors in America is 60yrs, will they listen and apply lessons learned? Is the average pastor "hungry" to grow their churches and train up leaders? What "tools" (means) is the average pastor using currently to evangelize, grow their churches, and create disciples and leaders? Perhaps a subject for another podcast... :)
