This time it's all about a soft smokey brown eye with a metallic peachy gold center , some warm golden #100wattskin & a peach lip demonstrated on my stunning cousin Sania. This is one of those looks that suits our desi skin universally & is so versatile as you can pair it with wester, fusion or desi attire. The stunning jewels are by Jaipur & Co & the beautiful ensemble is by Farah Talib Aziz. I shall be sharing my tips / tricks in these videos whilst also showing you guys how to enhance & celebrate rather than mask & cover up. Could you please do tutorials with as minimum of eyeshadows as possible. I’m always a bit overwhelmed when I see makeup artists use such a wide range of eyeshadow palettes. The first step has to be looking at your skincare - skin prep won’t do it if your skin isn’t being hydrated by the food / water you have and the products you consistently use.

I drink water by the bottle and my diet is good too and have no other skin issue besides my skin being super dry all the time because of eczema and the climate is EXTREMELY dry where I'm living right now. I normally don't use oils under my makeup I prefer water based moisturisers but a few times when my skin felt extra dry or I was trying to replicate that dewy skin routine from Instagram, I noticed that my foundation got darker when applied after using a face oil which is from mana beauty and my foundations are masarrat misbah for t zone and the bodyshop for cheeks. Could it be due to a sort of clashing of ingredients?

@@madihaabdulrazzaq3880 Hey Madiha, as someone who has had this problem a lot - yes the oils can sometimes make your foundation oxidise faster...Like Natasha said, skip the oil...try mixing something like the wonderglow from Charlotte Tilbury or Mac's strobe cream in your foundation, and get it to look dewy that way rather than applying oils under your makeup. Hope that helps x
