About naming babies, here's a fun fact - I'm an OBGYN resident in Brazil. Generally the Brazilian patients choose the baby's name super early on, like before 25 weeks, but we also get a lot of Bolivian patients and they always wait until the baby is born to think of a name. I think that's kind of neat.

Naturally, *this* would be the video where I completely space and miss the premiere. Ah well :P Glad to see you guys got lot of mileage out of my question, though. 100% agree with what you said; having really dove into a lot of Slender Man stuff over the past few years, I've definitely noticed that a Slenderseries kind of needs some other force beyond Slendy to stay interesting. Slendy can hold up a good short story on his own, not so much a long-running narrative.

Evan, have you seen the DIRECTOR’S CUT or the THEATRICAL CUT? Because THE DIRECTOR’S CUT is terrible; it removes a lot of the terror of the actual mystery by adding in way too much detail that explains what’s going on, where the theatrical cut is scarier because it’s a lot less defined.

the fan trial question took me back so i am so sorry about this long ass comment lol so right around when you put out Merry Christmas (i think? maybe something else idk) I got hella hyped and went to a bunch of EMH discords which were all uh...empty as hell it seemed, except one had a discord invite for a fan trial. I had always wanted to do one since i was a literal child when the original trials happened, so I managed to kick my social anxiety to the curb and joined. Like Jeff said though, as most do, it ended up being a shit show. Like a rly bad shit show that ended in some fucked up cyber stalking and grossness. But I managed to meet a rly good friend through it who introduced me to his friends that were working on a company for making ARG's. I joined the discord and made friends p fast. Fastforward a bit and I ended up meeting my current boyfriends (polyamory baybee) and moving to a different state with them (and thus escaping a REALLY abusive situation w/ my mom lol) so uh, yeah. that was a tangent, but if it wasnt for y'all I wouldn't have the wonderful partners and support group that I have.
