I really like these exercises. I struggle with swallowing when I talk and eat. This is really helpful and strenthens my mouth and throat muscles.

It’s a very good excercise touché to the side is fine but sicking tonge out and swallowing is difficult.

I don’t actually have problems with speech. My problem is a tongue that is never still. It stays inside my mouth but then I begin to chew it. Do you have any appropriate exercises for this.? Thank you 🙏

Maybe you have tried this, but when you notice you are chewing it, do you have a practice of stopping- taking a breath to get calm and refocused- intentionally relax you tongue and let it sink down to the bottom of your mouth? Could say something like “relaxed…. Relaxed…. Still… still”. I would love to hear what you do.
