Barbara, You are truly a gifted messenger for God. He desires to heal us with his perfectly formulated substances, but in our ignorance we are filled with the sufferings of disease. My Seventh Day Adventist, great grandmother, in the mid sixties, in her late eighties, was climbing her fruit trees and pruning them. She lived to be 98 yrs old and never suffered with any illnesses. It was this great grandmother that recommended I be nursed with RAW goats milk, because my mother only breast fed me for a week and a half. My great grandmother was filled with the knowledge of Sister White, and lived to her dietary standards, but, she also understood that PROPERLY RAISED goats had milk most similar to human milk of all the mammals and so in their desperation I was nursed with FRESH RAW GOATS MILK in the mid 1950’s. My mother proceeded to have three more children, that she breastfed. However, I am the only one who has very strong teeth and bones. Given the dairy practices of today I think it best to warn people to avoid milk, but there are exceptions to this rule. In Colorado, my son and his family recently started to consume Raw goats milk from a neighbor who goes through great lengths to provide herself with the most nutrient dense raw goats milk that she can get from her goats. Her claim is that it has healed her of a disease similar to Lupus. For me, when I arrived at my sons I had a weakness in my back and discomfort in my upper leg that I had had for weeks. After drinking one large glass full of milk the pain was gone and it never came back, and I continued to drink that milk while landscaping my sons front yard using full wheelbarrow loads of cobblestone, pea gravel, and dense soil in a construction size wheelbarrow. I am a female in my mid sixties, and the on lookers were amazed at my physical performance. Why I have told this long drawn out story about RAW goats milk is that I believe it is a very healing substance when the animal is raised in a manner pleasing unto God. I also believe, this is why God chose to use the description The Land Of Milk And Honey to describe the promised land. For it was Raw milk and Raw honey where good health abounds. Please, meditate and pray for understanding when taking a closer look into these claims about RAW MILK. I thank you for your time. Sincerely, Regina

So relieved that most of what I've been eating the past 15 years is what this beautiful lady recommends. She's a lovely soul.

She's the "wise elder" our American society lost decades ago. We've become commercial and vacuous. She's so intelligent and gentle. I hope they have a training program at her center and people with a soul like hers go and then share the wisdom with all America. We need this now! Thanks, Barbara. You are a blessing to us all.
I move to nominate Barbara as the Mother of Nations.

@starmessenger84689 жыл бұрын
Wow!! Was this video an eye-opener! I'm very careful about what I eat and drink, but, Barbara O'Neill takes nutrition to a new level. And, man, do Western medicine (doctors and Big PHARMA), Western diets, and the way Western people, (I'm from the U.S.) and their way of life, have everything wrong. I'm passing this video on to my kids (I'm 72, and a grandfather) so that they can heed Barbara's advise. I'm tempted to say to Barbara: Where have you been all my life. But, I should be saying: Where have I been all my life. Thank you Barbara O'Neill!

Yes, western medicine DOES have it all wrong, Star Messenger!

star messenger, this knowledge is available to all, the USA has one of the worst diets on the planet but many are catching up to them, their diet is 7% vegetables mostly from unhealthy sources and the rest is mainly processed foods...whole plant sources are the simplest way to eat....

Everyone gets their wisdom from God, even the devil. Just that some people get it more right than others. This woman is full of half-truths and a lot of misinformation and some real information. Trust your doctor instead, not her. She has so many things wrong, I know that because God gave me wisdom also. "There are many things that seem right to a man but the ends thereof are death" was never more true.

I listened to this lecture and previously the one on acid-alkaline balance while preparing a big pile of mixed root veggies for the oven. As an instant effect of Barb's teachings, I piled up even more of the veggies, and when I was done and she was mentioning local and seasonal availability as a criterion of what we should be eating, I remembered the foraged spring salad (shiny young linden/limetree/Tilia leaves) that were sitting in my fridge, and ate them all. Going to pick some more now. And pull up some goatweed (Aegopodium podagraria), too. No limits in green leafies, aye! Blessings from Germany!

Oleo was brought on the scene in the 1940's as a sealed thick plastic bag with a white fat inside and an orange colored pill. You squeezed the bag over the pill to break it open and then you kneaded the bag for 15-20 minutes to distribute the color throughout the bag. When fully distributed, the orange color had turned to butter yellow.

IMHO, things that are highly oxidative are also highly carcinogenic. AKA Omega 3, and she explains it in min 3 - 4. In a Cancer Society article by Stacy Simon... quote "A study conducted by researchers at cancer centers across the US has found a link between omega-3 fatty acids and an increased risk of prostate cancer". One of the reasons this is possible is because there are certain properties of fish oil and folic acid that acts as a growth mechanism in the body. If the cancer is possible in those individuals, it becomes more likely to be expressed. In another article on the Michigan state University web site, ..."FISH OIL LINKED TO INCREASED RISK OF COLON CANCER IN MICE", they indicate that mice would generate colon cancer with high doses of omega 3, however they expressed that you need a certain minimum amount of omega 3 but large amounts are harmful and should be accompanied with a dietary guideline or RDA.
