@@FrappuccinoDrinkswouldn’t be possible since Alien Romulus takes place after Prometheus and Alien: Covenant. Engineers already exist at this point and are the ones who created Humanity when an Engineer consumed their version of the Black Goo and disintegrated while falling into the Water Supply on Earth, which kick starts evolution and creates us. The Engineers were trying to potentially recreate the “creature” that looks like a much more natural type of Xenomorph, with some believing they’re trying to recreate the “Xenomorph” like creature that we see on the Engineers Mural inside of their ship but they never managed to do it until David came along and even then, he was only able to create the Xenomorph as we know them on screen which are artificially altered Xenomorphs. That’s why they have the bio-mechanical parts on their body and it’s why the “Xenomorph” on the Engineer doesnt. Because the one from the mural is suspected to be the original natural species that the Xenomorphs are based on

Alien fans calling the ending shocking is confusing to me because for me as soon as she injected herself I felt two things could happen, she will become some kind of Queen alien hybrid or give birth to a new baby Alien. And sure enough as it was happening I was like oh it's just Alien Resurrection but in reverse female naturally giving birth to an Engineer/alien, when in Resurrection it was an alien queen giving birth naturally like a human to the Newborn Alien

I thought the Alien Hybrid looked like a Mix of Engineer/Human/Xeno. Tbh it was Fantastic! I said what I said. 😂
