In Question number 25 Rotenone inhibits Complex I only while the electrons can still enter through complex II (Succinate dehydrogenase) so the ATP will be made but the amount will be less. It can't be blocked completely so the answer should be 3.

The mitochondrial electron-transport chain is the main source of ROS(Reactive oxygen species) during normal metabolism. However this rate of production of ROS is increased under certain pathological conditions and inhibitors. Neutrilization of ROS differs from matrix to submitochondrial particles. The NADH dehydrogenase site of electron leak from complex I is located in the matrix side of the inner mitochondrial membrane. Thus, oxidant production from complex I is directed into the mitochondrial matrix and detoxified by matrix antioxidant defense systems (MnSOD). MnSOD (Enzyme of antioxidant defense system) is present in matrix and it will form H2O2 from superoxide, with H2O2 in turn inactivated by glutathione catalyzed by glutathione peroxidase or catalase .

Mam q no 46 ... I think ol d three vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid are absorbed by Na independent cotransoorters and it is jus the reduced form of vitamin c i.e Ascorbic acid is absorbed na dependent cotransporters .....

Be Yourself According to my view we can't consider as peroxisome involved in Cholesterol, Dolichol, plasmalogen and bile salt synthesis not fatty acid synthesis. And about option one its correct as long chain fatty acids do oxidized in mitochondria not very long chain fatty acids. This was an earlier discovery involving CD36.
