Hi Lucy! Im in desperate need of advice! I bought a $450 class ring in 2020, beautiful rose zircon set in silver with a closed setting. Within a year the zircon has completely lost all color and sparkle,super disappointing. im almost certain dirt has gotten trapped behind it because i can see a spot where the backing is shiny and the stone only sparkles there! Ive tried soaking, ultrasonic,alcohol,windex, everything. How do i get my pretty stone back :'(??
