First of all nice setup! Are you still using that grinder? If so have you thought about using a hopper?

Thank you. I sold it a long time ago. I didn't use the hopper. I always poured fresh coffee from a pack with a zip lock

Hows the retention on that grinder? Why dont you just weigh your beans and put them in the grinder? Is it because of retention? Thanks, great video.
