Hey Blitz! Another one is to join a clan so you have plenty of friends that are online to play with. Coordinated attacks with people in a party on mics are much harder to beat and you will see people in platoons are almost always on the top of the scoreboard. If you do have to play with randoms and the squad leader isn't giving orders, use the request order in the social. If the squad leader doesnt give an order after 60 seconds (I think it's still the same time as BF1) you will automatically be promoted to squad leader. OR you can start your own squad. Just make sure the squad is unlocked so people can still join on you. Good luck!

I think after a while on flags, you stop getting 50 points per tick and I believe it only goes up to 250 xp

I still do all this and I’m never top of the scoreboard, I had a game last night and someone who was at the top only had 2 kills and 2 deaths while I had 60 kills and 15 deaths it’s just beyond me how they are getting way more points still 🤣
@LiquidBlitzGuides6 жыл бұрын
What class do you tend to play? And what class was the 2/2 player? :P

Hey Blitz (it's Telefonkarate) Great video as always. I still don't understand if or how those scores matter when it comes to the conquest points/tickets. This is my first battlefield I am really playing more intensive so I don't have a clue how that mechanic works. I also couldn't find an explanation. If you know more can you share some insight?
@nikosxi6 жыл бұрын
The scores he mentioned don't matter directly to the outcome of the match. It's all points you personally will gain by doing all these things and rise in the "leaderboard". Now why I said they don't matter directly. You get points for capping a flag. In conquest the more flags you have the faster the enemy is losing tickets so the faster you get to win. By reviving you get points but you also save a ticket from your team's total (that goes down and if you reach zero it's game over). So even if you are the most selfish person and all you care is be the highest ranking player in the match, the game incentivises you to PTFO. Which is great.
@YeaButCanUDoABackflp6 жыл бұрын
@@nikosxi Alright. That explains why defending only one point but with the whole team doesn't let you win while it probably still will give you an extremly high score. I think dice should make it even more clear that capturing and holding as many flags as possible is more important than the score. Thank you!
@nikosxi6 жыл бұрын
@@YeaButCanUDoABackflp BF has a lot of things that you can keep track off. Depending on the mode you play other things are more important. For example, in Conquest, it's usually the score that determines how well a player is doing. A high score even with 0-10 (kill/death ratio) k/d is good. On other modes though like Team Deathmatch score means very little and it's more about the k/d. Of course, a high score along with high k/d means that the player is not only killing a lot but also being a team player (revives, resupplies). Another thing that is important and is not conveyed at all to the players is the respawn. Everyone thinks that respawning is natural. However, not many players know that when your team's and the enemy's tickets are low let's say 30-30 or 20-30 but you have more flags, it's probably best NOT to respawn. Each time a player respawns a ticket is deducted from your team. So respawning when things are so tight can lead to losing for let's say 0-5. It's not very often of course that this happens but it happens none the less. BF is a bit more complex than the regular shooters but play long enough and you will understand all it's "quirks". As a new player just play and enjoy the game. Try the different modes and you will find your playstyle. PTFO while good is not something everyone end ups doing.

Is there a source you recommend for the "how to" of the tactics you describe for new players. For example, "How to" throw supplies and how to "spot" enemy player for others to attack. Also, if you are squad leader, how do you issue objectives. As a new player, there are lots of sources for tactics, but it is really difficult to find info on how to do the tasks (ie what keys or what function in the bindings list are required for tasks). Thanks, and this video helped a lot to understand what is needed to be good player for your squad and team.
@LiquidBlitzGuides6 жыл бұрын
Assuming you are on PC, you can only spot now with Recon's scope/flares. As a squad leader you can tap Q while looking at an objective to set Attack/Defend order or hold Q to bring up the wheel of many options, hold Q and drag down to expand the objectives menu etc. Supplies like bandages/ammo packs are defaulted to 3 (next to 1 for primary and 2 for sidearm). Hope this helps a bit :P

sorry but i claim bullshit to what you said... i spend all the time doing that fucking bullshit objectives and im still always on the bottom 20, and as a matter of fact my buddy joined the server i was playing 10 minutes after i joined, and within minutes he was ahead of me in score.. fuck bfv.. going back to a real game (bf1).. i do the exact same thing i do in bf1 with bfv and in bf1 im always top 5
