Question corner : based on odas last interview stating that one piece will end in 5 years. What do you think of that and are you happy or disappointed? Personally I'm very disappointed if 1% in 5 years because we will only cover a fraction of what was supposed to be covered such as the elbaf arc, shanks arc, bb back story, raftel, revolutionary, rocks, imu, final war, mihawk, weavile, epilogue and so much more will be missed out. I think wano will take at least 3 more years. I secretley hope oda is trolling and op goes on for another 12 years and gets the ending and depth it deserves like it should be

The only sword that Zoro will not change, in all story is Wado Ichimonji. He will achive his dream of being the Best Swordsman in the World, by ading his haki in it, and making the sword going up from OWazamono aword to Saijo OWazamono. The other to swords, of course that are important for him, but not irreplaceable, he needs three swords because his SantoRyu, nothing else. Zoro will recive Enma, and probably Nidai Kitetsu to during Wano or at the end of it.

What if instead of Shanks showing up to Wano we get Mihawk as he might've journeyed here before. He comes back after the warlord system is abolished as he could be a legend here for defeating all the strong samurai. I think he would be able to hold off Big Mom for awhile and it would be a good showcase of his skills before fighting Zoro.

it’s clear that the numbers are just pirate captains that kaido has collected over the years and that’s why apoo was introduced with them, the whole reason hawkins gave information about “kaido gathering pirates for the greatest war” was to introduce the Numbers later. I bet those silhouette’s have nothing to do with the design of these characters and it’s just classic oda misdirections. “It’s All There Black And White Clear as Crystal” i guarantee they won’t be huge monsters or members of any ancient race, they will just be the evil version of white beards pirate alliance. please discuss this on your next episode because none of the youtube community seemed to realize this and i’m disappointed. if i have to listen to one more video about “the numbers are part of Oar’s race and they pulled wano together” i’ll kill myself.

I'm in the "didn't like this chapter at all" camp. It was a microcosm of everything I dislike about Wano. Not that I dislike it overall, but the critiques I do have were all present in this chapter. I don't have any problems with the what. Big Mom + Kaido is something I wanted to happen. Law escaping is something I wanted to happen. What bothers me is the how. There's so much buildup, and it's really good buildup, but there's so rarely any payoff. Not only is payoff rare, but Oda keeps teasing it. Zoro and Hawkins clash then disengage. So do Sanji and Page One. Sanji and X Drake. Luffy and anyone stronger than Old Maid. The stuff that isn't teased has happened off screen. Here Oda had a chance to have two Supernova in conflict, instead he just yada yada'd it. I have a feeling once it gets good it's going to get really fucking good, all of this buildup is for something. But throw us a bone in the meantime. The only really memorable moments in Wano are Luffy's amazing speech to the prisoners and Zoro/Sanji saving O-Toko. It has so much potential that when opportunities to deliver get skipped or teased then backed away from it's really frustrating.
