Video Idea- Once mods come, rewind the career of John Cena(as a footballer). Start him out at an MLS club which is based in Massachusetts/around that area(I don't really know a lot about the MLS) Give him a starting ovr of anything between 65 and 75(use siri to decide) Have his starting potential as 20 above his ovr(Example- if Siri gives you the number 68 then his potential will be 88) Play 10 seasons and try to make him the best football player ever

Just because you brought it up I'll say it again - I would love tha ability to manage/ play as your reserve squad - mainly as a way to develop your players more naturally than needing to overplay people in the first team before they have the OVR to justify it. Also loan system needs an overhaul so you can actually shop players instead of waiting for offers/ ensure they get playing time/ maybe even tap into development bonuses for teams you have a history of loaning with.
