It can be several different things. Try checking the Error log out. Make sure your photobeams are connected correctly as well. Reach out to us at Tech@BFT-USA.com

Got it figured out, I had to disconnect my intercom and finish gate set up first and then connect my intercom. Also had to wire my BFT Intercom to always on relay.
